RBL Bank share price is expected to remain in focus after the bank disclosed receipt of a corrigendum linked to the ongoing open offer by Emirates NBD Bank. 

Key Development 

RBL Bank informed that it has received a corrigendum issued by J.P. Morgan India, the manager to the open offer, in relation to the proposed acquisition by Emirates NBD Bank. The corrigendum has been published in multiple newspapers on April 12, 2026.  

Open Offer Details 

The open offer involves acquisition of up to 415,586,443 equity shares, representing 26% of the expanded voting share capital of RBL Bank.  

The offer price has been fixed at ₹280 per share, aggregating to a total consideration of approximately ₹11,636 crore (₹116,364,204,040), assuming full acceptance.  

Regulatory And Structural Updates 

The corrigendum incorporates updates following approval from the Reserve Bank of India. As part of the conditions, changes are required in board composition norms and governance structure, including amendments to the bank’s Articles of Association. Additionally, shareholder approval will be required to align with the revised regulatory framework.

As of 22 April 2026, at 3:30 PM, RBL Bank share price is closed at ₹318.20 per share, reflecting a decline of 0.29% from the previous closing price.
