PTC Industries has opened its Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP) to raise up to ₹1,800 crore. The company has fixed the floor price at ₹22,150 per equity share as the fundraising process gets underway. 

The issue was opened on October 6, 2026, following approval from the company’s Listing and Fund Raising Committee. The committee also approved the preliminary placement document and application form for the issue. 

QIP Opens With ₹22,150 Floor Price 

The floor price for the QIP has been set at ₹22,150 per share. PTC Industries can also offer a discount of up to 5% on this price while determining the final issue price. 

The final price for the placement will be decided by the company in consultation with the book-running lead managers. 

Company To Raise Up To ₹1,800 Crore 

Through the QIP, PTC Industries plans to raise up to ₹1,800 crore from eligible institutional investors. 

The fundraising follows earlier approvals from the company’s Board and shareholders. With the issue now open, the company has moved into the subscription stage of the placement.

As of 07 October 2026, at 11:42 AM, PTC Industries Limited share price is trading at ₹24,035 per share, reflecting a surge of 3.94% from the previous trading session.
