The company successfully processed and issued over 1 crore PAN cards during the quarter. Volumes normalized quickly by June after regulatory documentation revisions temporarily impacted April and May trends.
The CRA segment added 3.9 million new subscribers, capturing 95% of incremental additions and holding a 97% market share across NPS, APY, and UPS.
Identity Services revenue rose 16% year-on-year, propelled by a 20% combined transaction volume spike across all digital ID facets and widespread enterprise adoption of eSignPro.
A major corporate milestone was achieved as new initiatives contributed 17% of total quarterly revenue, rising sharply from 10% in FY26. The company advanced positions in emerging digital platforms like Agristack and Bima Sugam.
Additionally, Protean operationalized 102 Aadhaar Seva Kendras across 25 States and Union Territories to deliver recurring revenues.
