Prism Johnson Share Price Gains Over 4% After Q1 FY27 Earnings Results: Total Income Up 17% YoY

On August 7, 2026, Prism Johnson Limited released its unaudited consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, as per the exchange filings.

In the quarter ended June 30, 2026, the total income of Prism Johnson Limited was ₹1,857.28 crore. This figure represents a 3.3% increase compared to the income of ₹1,797.48 crore recorded during the same quarter in the previous year.  

When evaluated on a quarter-on-quarter basis, the total income showed a decline of 12.4% from the ₹2,120.47 crore reported in the quarter ended March 31, 2026. 

The net profit for the June 2026 quarter reached ₹112.70 crore moving from a net loss of ₹5.56 crore reported in the same period of the prior year.  

The company also improved its bottom line sequentially, shifting from a net loss of ₹15.95 crore in the March 2026 quarter to a profit in the June 2026 quarter. 

Annual Performance for FY26 

For the financial year 2026, the total income of Prism Johnson Limited was recorded at ₹7,415.68 crore. During the same financial year, the net profit for the company stood at ₹30.01 crore. 

Consolidated Financial Performance 

Consolidated revenue from operations for the quarter expanded 2.7% year-on-year to register at ₹1,844 crore. Group revenue mix was contributed by Prism Cement at 49%, HRJ at 28%, and Prism RMC at 23%. 

Consolidated operating EBITDA scaled up by 26.6% year-on-year to hit ₹221 crore. Consolidated EBITDA margins expanded significantly by 226 basis points to finish the three-month period at 12.0%.
