
Precision Wires India Ltd. has informed the stock exchanges that its Board of Directors will consider a proposal to raise funds through a Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP), preferential allotment or any other permissible mode, as per the exchange filings.
The proposal will be taken up at the company's Board meeting scheduled for August 10, 2026, subject to the necessary regulatory and statutory approvals.
The company said the fundraising proposal has been included as an agenda item for the upcoming Board meeting.
According to the filing, the Board will deliberate on raising capital through a QIP, preferential issue or any other permissible route in accordance with the SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018, and other applicable laws.
Precision Wires clarified that any fundraising exercise will be subject to obtaining the required approvals from shareholders, regulatory authorities and other applicable bodies, wherever necessary.
The company added that a final decision will be taken by the Board after considering the proposal.
The company stated that the outcome of the Board meeting, including any decision on the proposed fundraising, will be disclosed to the stock exchanges after the meeting concludes, in compliance with the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
