
PNC Infratech Limited has executed concession agreements with the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for two highway projects in Uttar Pradesh under the Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM).
The agreements cover projects with a combined bid project cost of ₹3,483 crore and will be implemented through two Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) incorporated by the company.
The first project involves the construction of a four-lane highway between Barabanki and Mustafabad on NH-927 under the NH(O) Scheme (Package I).
The project will be executed by Barabanki Mustafabad Highway Private Limited and carries a bid project cost of ₹1,728 crore. It covers the stretch from design chainage Km 0+000 to Km 43+030, corresponding to existing chainage Km 0.000 to Km 43.700.
The second agreement covers the Mustafabad to Biswariya section of NH-927 under the NH(O) Scheme (Package II).
The project will be implemented by Mustafabad Biswariya Highway Private Limited at a bid project cost of ₹1,755 crore. It spans design chainage Km 43+030 to Km 101+515, equivalent to existing chainage Km 43.700 to Km 98.475.
Both highway projects will be developed under the Hybrid Annuity Mode, with construction scheduled to be completed within 24 months from the declaration of their respective appointed dates.
Following completion, the two road assets will be operated for 15 years under the concession agreements signed with NHAI.
As of 17 July 2026, at 12:43 PM, PNC Infratech Ltd share price was trading at ₹245.08 per share, reflecting a surge of 0.43% from the previous trading session.
The execution of the concession agreements marks the formal commencement of two major highway developments for PNC Infratech in Uttar Pradesh, expanding its HAM project portfolio through infrastructure contracts with a combined value of ₹3,483 crore.
