
PNC Infratech Ltd has received Letters of Acceptance from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for 2 road projects in Uttar Pradesh with a total bid project cost of ₹3,483 crore, excluding GST.
The company disclosed the development through a stock exchange filing dated May 22, 2026.
Both projects have been awarded under the Hybrid Annuity Model (HAM). The contracts relate to the construction of four-lane stretches on NH-927 in Uttar Pradesh.
The first project covers the Barabanki to Mustafabad section. The stretch runs from design chainage km 0+000 to km 43+030. The quoted and accepted bid project cost for this package is ₹1,728 crore.
The second project involves the Mustafabad to Biswariya section of NH-927. This stretch covers design chainage km 43+030 to km 101+515. The accepted bid project cost for the package stands at ₹1,755 crore.
PNC Infratech said it had emerged as the lowest bidder for both projects. The company had earlier informed exchanges on April 21, 2026, regarding its L1 status for the contracts. The Letters of Acceptance were received on May 22, 2026.
According to the filing, each project is to be completed within 24 months. The company stated that the contracts were awarded by a domestic entity and do not fall under related party transactions.
It also clarified that neither the promoter group nor group companies have any interest in the awarding authority.

As of May 25, 2026, 10:51 am, PNC Infratech share price was trading at ₹213.79, down 0.71% from the previous closing price.
The 2 highway contracts add projects worth ₹3,483 crore to PNC Infratech’s existing order pipeline, with execution planned over the next 2 years.
