
Pine Labs share price was in focus on June 24, 2026, after UK-based private equity firm Actis sold a portion of its stake in the fintech company through a block deal worth approximately ₹151.6 crore. The transaction marks another stake sale by a pre-IPO investor following the expiry of the company's post-listing lock-in period.
According to exchange data, Actis Pine Labs Investment Holdings sold 98.28 lakh shares of Pine Labs through a block deal.
The shares were sold at ₹154.25 apiece, taking the total transaction value to about ₹151.6 crore. The sale price was around 1.3% higher than Pine Labs' previous closing price of ₹152.30. The identity of the buyer was not disclosed.
Actis first invested in Pine Labs in 2018 as part of the company's US$82 million funding round. The investor had also sold shares worth nearly ₹195 crore during Pine Labs' initial public offering in November 2025.
As of March 31, 2026, Actis held 2.14 crore shares, representing a 1.86% stake in the company.
The latest transaction is the third institutional stake sale in Pine Labs within the past month.
In May 2026, Madison India partially exited its investment by selling 2.48 crore shares through a bulk deal. Separately, Invesco reduced its stake through a transaction valued at ₹115.1 crore.
The latest sale comes after the lock-in period for pre-IPO shareholders ended following Pine Labs' public listing.
Pine Labs has also been expanding its artificial intelligence capabilities across its operations.
During the company's fourth-quarter earnings call, Chief Executive Officer Ambrish Rau said AI-generated code now contributes to a meaningful share of software development work. The company has also partnered with OpenAI to develop AI-driven products focused on commerce and payments.

For the quarter ended March 2026, the company posted a consolidated net profit of ₹59.4 crore compared to a loss of ₹28.9 crore in the corresponding period of the previous year. Revenue from operations increased 15% year-on-year to ₹700.5 crore.
For FY26, Pine Labs reported its first full-year profit, with net profit standing at ₹112.5 crore against a loss of ₹145.5 crore in FY25. Revenue rose 19% year-on-year to ₹2,710.6 crore.
The company has guided for revenue growth of 21% to 23.5% in FY27.
Pine Labs share price was trading at ₹157.86, up ₹7.81 or 5.20%, as of 11:32 AM on June 24, 2026.
The stock opened at ₹150.20 and touched an intraday high of ₹160.00 and a low of ₹149.99. Pine Labs has delivered returns of 3.77% over the past 1 week and 10.52% over the past 1 month.
The company had a market capitalisation of ₹18,126.69 crore as of June 24, 2026.
