
Persistent Systems has announced the appointment of Ruchi Kulhari as Executive Vice President – Enterprise Strategy & Execution. The appointment comes as the company continues to expand its global operations and strengthen its focus on AI-led and platform-driven services.
The newly created role is aimed at enhancing enterprise execution capabilities while ensuring stronger alignment between the company’s strategic vision and operational outcomes.
In her new role, Ruchi Kulhari will work closely with the CEO and the executive leadership team to drive key strategic priorities across the organisation. She will collaborate with different business units and functional teams to translate the company’s long-term strategy into well-defined initiatives with measurable results.
Her responsibilities will also include strengthening governance frameworks, improving execution cadence, and ensuring accountability across the enterprise. In addition, she will lead major cross-functional initiatives, including AI-led transformation programs and efforts related to the company’s evolving operating model.
Ruchi Kulhari brings more than two decades of global leadership experience spanning enterprise transformation, organisational strategy, and human resources. Before joining Persistent Systems, she served as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Unisys.
Earlier in her career, she held leadership positions at several well-known technology and services companies, including Coforge, Infosys, and EXL Services, where she gained extensive experience in driving large-scale organisational transformation and strategic initiatives.
