PC Jeweller Share Price Surges Over 13%; Reports 28% Revenue Growth in Q2 FY27

PC Jeweller reported a year-on-year (YoY) increase of approximately 28% in consolidated revenue for the second quarter of the financial year 2026-27 (Q2 FY27), covering July to September 2026.
According to a Moneycontrol news report, the company attributed the growth to healthy consumer demand during the quarter.
Outstanding Bank Debt Repaid
The company achieved debt-free status during Q2 FY27 after repaying its outstanding dues to all 14 consortium banks. The total bank debt cleared was approximately ₹3,000 crore, with repayments completed ahead of their scheduled due dates.
In a business update dated 7 October 2026, PC Jeweller said the absence of outstanding bank debt would reduce future interest costs. The savings are expected to affect the company's bottom line and balance sheet.
One-Time Settlement Arrangement
PC Jeweller had entered into a one-time settlement (OTS) arrangement in September 2024 to resolve its outstanding bank liabilities. The company subsequently completed repayments to all consortium banks during the July-September 2026 quarter.
The completion of these repayments ends the company's outstanding bank debt obligations covered by the settlement. The company expects to save on interest expenses now that it has no bank debt outstanding.
