
Panorama Studios International Limited has announced that Friday, December 5, 2025, will be the Record Date to determine eligible shareholders for its upcoming bonus issue. This move follows approval by shareholders at the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) held on November 24, 2025.
The company will issue bonus shares in a 5:2 ratio, meaning shareholders will receive five bonus equity shares of face value ₹2 each for every two existing equity shares they hold. These bonus shares will rank pari-passu with existing shares in all respects.
The total number of equity shares before the bonus issue stands at 18,60,96,875, with an aggregate paid-up value of ₹37,21,93,750.
The intimation of the Record Date has been filed as per the prescribed SEBI format. The deemed date of allotment of the bonus shares will be Tuesday, December 9, 2025.
Following the allotment, the newly issued bonus shares will become available for trading on the stock exchanges on December 11, 2025, which is T+2 working days from the allotment date.
Additionally, the company’s Board has appointed a trustee for handling the allotment of fractional shares arising out of the bonus issuance process, ensuring compliance and smooth distribution.
