Paisalo Digital share price will be in focus after its Operations and Finance Committee approved the issue of unsecured non-convertible debentures on September 5, 2026. 

Details of the NCD Issue 

The company plans to issue up to 18,000 NCDs, each with a face value of ₹1 lakh. The base issue size is ₹90 crore, with an option to retain oversubscription of another ₹90 crore, taking the total issue size to ₹180 crore. 

The NCDs will be issued through the EBP platform and will be listed on the BSE. The proposed allotment date is September 18, 2026. 

The debentures will have a tenure of 119 months and 26 days. They will carry an interest rate of 12% per annum, with the coupon payable every quarter. 

Repayment of Debentures 

The NCDs will be unsecured and will be redeemed at par on their maturity date. The company has also stated that there are no special rights or privileges attached to the instrument.

Paisalo Digital Share Price Performance 

As of September 04, 2026, Paisalo Digital share price closed at ₹74.10 per share, reflecting a surge of 5.44% from the previous trading session.
