Strategically located in Ghumar Mandi, Ludhiana, Omaxe Chowk is set to become a modern high-street destination. The project spans approximately 5.25 acres and will feature a blend of commercial and luxury residential spaces.
The land for the project was secured through a competitive bidding process by the Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA) and is being developed on a leasehold basis.
The development seeks to offer a structured and contemporary shopping experience, integrating shopping, dining, and entertainment. With a focus on wedding shopping, jewellery, and fashion, Omaxe Chowk aims to cater to both local shoppers and NRIs visiting Ludhiana for special occasions.
Omaxe Chowk will feature a two-side frontage, with access from Rani Jhansi Road and College Road, enhancing visibility and ease of entry.
The development will include wide access roads, multiple entry and exit points, and parking for over 1,000 cars, addressing common challenges in traditional market areas.
