The investor base included prominent global institutions such as Goldman Sachs and BNP Climate Fund, alongside leading domestic mutual funds including Motilal Oswal Mutual Fund, Mirae Asset Mutual Fund, Kotak Mahindra Mutual Fund, JM Financial Mutual Fund, and Baroda BNP Paribas Mutual Fund.
The Fund Raising Committee approved the closure of the QIP after receiving application forms and funds from eligible Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs).
Under the issue, the company allotted 21.76 crore equity shares at an issue price of ₹35.86 per share, which included a premium of ₹25.86 per share.
The issue price was fixed at a discount of 4.98%, or ₹1.88 per equity share, to the floor price of ₹37.74 per share.
The committee also approved the final allocation notes for eligible investors and adopted the placement document dated June 4, 2026, related to the QIP issue.
Ola Electric share price has witnessed a strong rally in recent months. Over the last 3 months, the stock has gained over 80%, significantly outperforming the benchmark Sensex, which delivered a negative return of around 7% during the same period.
As of June 4, 2026, at 12:10 PM, Ola Electric share price was trading at around ₹44.45 up 2.68%.
