The decline follows disputes with suppliers Anevolve Mando E-Mobility Private Limited and Sterling E-Mobility Solutions Private Limited over unresolved warranty and performance issues, as per the exchange filings.

Due to unresolved issues, Ola initiated arbitration proceedings and filed petitions under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 in the Commercial Court, Bengaluru. In response, the suppliers filed petitions under Section 9 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
Ola Electric maintains that the disputes are genuine and pre-existing, pending arbitration. The company is contesting the petitions and is committed to compliance with SEBI regulations. Ola Electric assures that any material developments will be disclosed to the stock exchanges as required.
