
Ola Electric has announced the expansion of its Hyperservice initiative by launching dedicated Hyperservice Centres. These centres promise a same-day service guarantee for eligible customers at no additional cost.
On December 23, 2025, Ola Electric unveiled its Hyperservice Centres, starting with the first operational centre in Indiranagar, Bengaluru. These centres aim to simplify and accelerate the vehicle servicing process, offering customers a fully digital and transparent service journey.
The Hyperservice Centres are equipped with a dedicated customer lounge, free Wi-Fi, and real-time digital visibility throughout the servicing stages.
This ensures speed, clarity, and trust for the customers. The initiative is part of Ola's strategy to enhance the EV ownership experience by integrating technology and customer-first design.
Following the launch in Bengaluru, Ola plans to upgrade select service centres across India into Hyperservice Centres.
This expansion is set to enhance the service infrastructure nationwide, reinforcing Ola's commitment to providing a world-class service experience.

Ola Electric has also announced the expansion of Hyperservice into an open platform. This allows customers, independent garages, mechanics, and fleet operators to access Ola's genuine spare parts, diagnostic tools, and service training modules.
Customers can purchase spare parts directly through the Ola Electric Customer App and website.
The company has rolled out an in-app service appointment feature, enabling users to choose preferred service slots, track service status, and manage all service-related needs within the app.
This feature aims to streamline the service booking process, eliminating traditional booking hassles.
