Subsidiary Signs Asset Transfer Agreement
The agreement has been signed with Pag-Asa Dialysis and Diagnostic Centre for the acquisition of identified assets related to a dialysis centre located in Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay, Philippines.
The transaction was executed on June 22, 2026.
Deal Value Stands at Php 80.64 million
According to the company's disclosure, the acquisition will be completed for a total consideration of Php 80.64 million.
The purchase is subject to the terms and conditions specified in the Asset Transfer Agreement.
Expansion of International Dialysis Network
The acquired assets relate to an operational dialysis centre in the Philippines.
The transaction is expected to strengthen NephroPlus' presence in Southeast Asia and support the expansion of its international dialysis services network.
