Nephrocare Health Share Price Jumps 4% From Issue Price on Listing Day

Nephrocare Health Services IPO opened for subscription on Dec 10, 2025, and ended on Dec 12, 2025. 

Nephrocare Health’s IPO is a book-built offering worth ₹871.05 crore, comprising a fresh issue of 0.77 crore equity shares amounting to ₹353.60 crore and an offer for sale of 1.13 crore shares valued at ₹517.45 crore.

The Nephrocare Health IPO was subscribed 14.08 times overall, with the retail portion receiving 2.36 times subscription, the QIB (excluding anchor investors) segment seeing strong demand at 26.82 times, and the NII category subscribed 24.77 times as of 6:19:33 PM on December 12, 2025 (Day 3).

The share allotment was finalised on Dec 15, 2025, and the shares were listed on BSE and NSE on Wednesday, Dec 17, 2025.

On the listing day, on the NSE, Nephrocare Health share price (NSE: NEPHROPLUS) opened at ₹490.00, up from its issue price of ₹460.00. At 10:42 AM, the share price was trading at ₹478.60, down by 2.33% from its open price and up by 4.04% from its issue price. As of the same time, the stock touched its day’s high at ₹499.00. The company’s market cap was ₹4,791.77 crore. 

On the BSE, at 10:44 AM, Nephrocare Health share price was trading at ₹476.50, down by 3.09% from its opening price of ₹491.70 and 3.59% up from its issue price of ₹460.

Its service portfolio includes diagnostics, haemodialysis, home and mobile dialysis solutions, and wellness programmes, all supported by an in-house pharmacy.

As of September 30, 2025, Nephrocare operated 519 clinics, including 51 facilities across the Philippines, Uzbekistan and Nepal, and houses the world’s largest dialysis clinic in Uzbekistan. In India, the company had a presence in 288 cities spanning 21 states and four Union Territories, with around 77.53% of its clinics located in tier II and tier III cities, helping address dialysis needs in underserved areas.

In fiscal year 2025, Nephrocare catered to 29,281 patients and carried out 2,885,450 dialysis sessions, representing nearly 10% of India’s total dialysis patient base. By September 30, 2025, it had served 31,046 patients and completed 1,591,377 dialysis treatments in India. The company operated a total of 5,562 dialysis machines as of the same date.
