The remaining capital is sourced from 5 other gaming executives who are integrating their financial interests with the company.
The funding round includes individual investments from 5 key executives. Schutze Marc Sylvester is contributing ₹86.67 crore, while Maxime Loppin provides ₹30.71 crore.
Furthermore, Alexandre Paul Jean Noirot-Cosson is subscribing to ₹21.75 crore in equity, with additional contributions of ₹8.17 crore from Alexander Osou and ₹2.72 crore from Hugo Rémy Gaston Blavin.
The proceeds are intended to strengthen the corporate balance sheet under the oversight of the Board and the Investment Committee.
Capital will be allocated toward brand acquisitions, the expansion of mobile gaming verticals, and the development of proprietary intellectual property.
Other focus areas include infrastructure for PC and console publishing and the scaling of artificial intelligence in game creation.
