NACL Industries Share Price Gains Over 2% After Q1 FY27 Earnings Results: Net Profit Up 59.8% YoY

On July 22, 2026, NACL Industries Limited reported its unaudited consolidated financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026, as per the exchange filings.  

The company experienced a decrease in total income year-on-year but saw a rise in net profit. Additionally, the Board approved the sale of its equity stake in Nasense Labs Private Limited. 

NACL Industries Q1 FY27 Earnings Results 

In the June 2026 quarter, NACL Industries' total income was ₹385.22 crore, reflecting a 14.3% decline from ₹449.53 crore a year earlier. However, this was a 6.3% increase from ₹362.56 crore in the March 2026 quarter.  

The net profit for the same period rose 59.8% year-on-year to ₹20.84 crore, up from ₹13.04 crore. This marked a significant improvement from the previous quarter's loss of ₹0.86 crore. 

Annual Financial Overview for FY26 

For the fiscal year 2026, NACL Industries reported a total income of ₹1,587.27 crore. The net profit for the year stood at ₹4.57 crore, indicating the company's overall financial performance for the year. 

Equity Stake Sale in Nasense Labs 

The Board of Directors of NACL Industries, following the Audit Committee's recommendation, approved the divestment of its entire equity stake in Nasense Labs Private Limited. The sale is to Mr. Kanumuru Satyanarayana Raju for a total consideration of ₹8,15,29,967.  

Upon completion, Nasense Labs will no longer be an associate company of NACL Industries.
