Net profit rose sharply by 223% to ₹44.28 crore, up from ₹13.72 crore in Q4 FY25.
EBITDA increased 81% to ₹61.81 crore, while the EBITDA margin improved to 20%, compared with 18% in the same quarter last year.
The company also delivered healthy growth for the full financial year.
Annual revenue increased 29.6% to ₹876.21 crore, while annual net profit grew 77% to ₹95.94 crore.
Operating cash flow almost doubled to ₹196.90 crore, compared with ₹101.25 crore in FY25, reflecting stronger cash generation from the business.
MTAR Technologies has continued to strengthen its position with robust financial performance, strong earnings growth and rising institutional investor interest. The sharp increase in FII shareholding, combined with significant growth in revenue, profit and operating cash flow, highlights the company's fundamentals.
