The company disclosed the development through a regulatory filing, highlighting the significant size of the order inflow.
According to the company, the orders have been received from an existing international customer. However, the customer’s identity has not been disclosed due to confidentiality obligations.
The company stated that the orders are in the nature of Blanket Purchase Orders and form part of its ongoing business relationship with the overseas client. The contract has been awarded by an international entity and execution timelines will be decided at a later stage.

The company also clarified that the transaction falls within its regular course of business and aligns with its engineering and manufacturing operations catering to global industries.
Following the announcement, shares of MTAR Technologies were in green. As of May 14, 2026, at 10:03 AM IST, the stock was trading at ₹7,194, up ₹430.50 or 6.37% from the previous close of ₹6,763.50.
During the trading session, the stock opened at ₹7,202 and touched an intraday high of ₹7,418, while the day’s low stood at ₹7,027.50. The sharp rise in the share price reflects positive investor sentiment following the large international order announcement.
