Milky Mist Dairy Food Share Price Rises 10%; Q1 Profit Jumps Nearly 10-Fold to ₹64.68 Crore

Milky Mist Dairy Food posted a consolidated net profit of ₹64.68 crore in the first quarter of FY27, up from ₹6.53 crore in the same quarter last year, as per exchange filings. The company's profit after tax was higher by 889.81% year-on-year.
Revenue from operations came in at ₹973.45 crore, compared with ₹678.09 crore a year ago, an increase of 43.6%. The company said sales across its product portfolio contributed to the rise, while the extended summer season also aided demand in Southern India.
Paneer Continues to Lead Sales
Paneer retained its position as the company's largest revenue contributor, with category revenue increasing 34%. Cheese grew 38% year-on-year, followed by a 27% rise in curd revenue.
The smaller categories reported faster growth. Ice cream revenue was up 60% year-on-year, while yogurt sales increased 153% during the quarter.
EBITDA Rises 77%
Milky Mist reported a 77% increase in consolidated EBITDA to ₹143.8 crore for the quarter. EBITDA margin also rose to 14.88%, from 12.24% a year earlier.
Shares Listed at ₹165
Milky Mist Dairy Food entered the stock market on August 18, 2026, with its shares listing on both the BSE and NSE at ₹165 apiece. The listing price was 18% above the final IPO issue price of ₹140 per share.
For FY27, the company has outlined plans to add more value-added food products and expand its manufacturing and distribution operations.
