Mishra Dhatu Nigam Limited (Midhani) has fixed March 19, 2026, as the record date to decide which shareholders will receive its interim dividend.

The company has declared an interim dividend of ₹0.85 per equity share (face value ₹10), marking its first dividend payout for FY26.

To be eligible, investors must hold shares in their demat account on or before the record date, as only those listed in the company’s records will receive the dividend.

Midhani Share Price Performance 

Mishra Dhatu Nigam share price (NSE: MIDHANI) was trading at ₹317.75, down 0.90% (₹2.90) on March 18 at around 10:29 AM. The stock opened at ₹323 and touched an intraday high of ₹323 and a low of ₹317. Over the past year, the stock has moved between a 52-week high of ₹469 and a 52-week low of ₹233. It offers a dividend yield of around 0.27%, with a quarterly dividend amount of ₹0.21.

NADCAP Accreditation Boost

The company recently received accreditation from the National Aerospace and Defence Contractors Accreditation Program for its heat treatment facility.

This recognition strengthens Midhani’s ability to support critical aerospace and defence projects with high-quality metallurgical processes.

Midhani Q3 FY26 Financial Performance

For the December quarter, Midhani reported steady growth:

  • Net profit: ₹27.4 crore (up ~1% YoY)
  • Revenue: ₹274.5 crore (up ~17% YoY)

This reflects stable profitability along with strong revenue expansion.
