Mastek Limited has secured an engineering framework contract valued at around £85 million (approximately ₹1,040 crore) from the UK Home Office. The work will be carried out by Mastek (UK) Limited, the company’s wholly owned subsidiary.
As per an exchange filing, the project falls under the Home Office’s Migration and Borders Technology Portfolio. It relates to engineering support for the ATLAS platform, which is used in several immigration and border management functions across the UK.
ATLAS is a digital system used by the Home Office to manage immigration-related processes. The platform supports services linked to visa and study routes, asylum casework, immigration enforcement, and border force operations.
It acts as a central system that connects several operational processes used in migration and border administration. Government teams use it to handle applications, process case information, and manage operational data.
Under the agreement, Mastek will provide engineering support for maintaining and upgrading the ATLAS system. The work is expected to include improvements to certain platform components and technical support.
The engineering work will also focus on improving system stability and making sure the platform can manage higher volumes of casework. Both automated and manual case processing functions form part of the platform’s operations.
The Home Office plans to use the ATLAS system to support a number of migration and border policies in the coming years.
Mastek provides digital engineering, enterprise technology and cloud services to organisations across several sectors. The company has operations in more than 40 countries and employs around 5,000 people globally.
Its client base includes organisations in public services, healthcare, retail, manufacturing, higher education and financial services. The company also works with technology platforms such as Oracle, Microsoft, AWS, Salesforce, Snowflake and Databricks.
As of March 5, 2026, 12:24 pm, Mastek share price was trading at ₹1,629.00, a 4.42% increase from the previous closing price.
