For the financial year 2026, the company recorded a total income of ₹3,033.47 crore. The net profit for the same financial year was reported at ₹420.06 crore. These figures represent the consolidated financial standing of the entity for the specified annual period.
Profitability and Cash Balances
The company registered an all-time high quarterly EBITDA of ₹213 crore, climbing 112.8 percent year-on-year. Net profit after tax expanded by 173.9 percent to reach ₹159 crore.
The corporate cash balance crossed a critical milestone to reach ₹1,058 crore. This happened despite recent major capital allocations for geographic expansion and strategic acquisitions.
Western Market Performance
The United States and North America formulation segment recorded revenues of ₹377 crore. This division remains the largest contributor, making up approximately 45 percent of consolidated earnings.
The United Kingdom and Europe formulation business delivered a record revenue of ₹356 crore. Regional growth was accelerated by the newly completed acquisition of European entity QliniQ.
Other Regional Segments
The Australia and New Zealand operations reported revenues of ₹88 crore. This represents a 53.7 percent year-on-year surge driven by successful portfolio expansion and new product introductions.
Rest of World business generated revenues of ₹20 crore, falling 36.8 percent year-on-year. However, the segment showed a 6.0 percent sequential expansion, marking its first improvement in four quarters.
Operational Cash Flow
The pharmaceutical enterprise generated robust cash flow from operations amounting to ₹185 crore. Net capital expenditure incurred during the three-month period stood at ₹33 crore.
Free cash flow concluded at ₹152 crore for the quarter. Additionally, the operational working capital cycle improved from 159 days down to 132 days year-on-year.
R&D and Strategic Ratings
Research and development expenditure reached ₹23 crore during the June 2026 quarter. This specialized investment represents approximately 2.8 percent of the consolidated operational revenue.
India Ratings and Research revised the bank facility outlook to Positive from Stable. Meanwhile, the leading agency affirmed the short-term and long-term credit ratings at IND AA- and IND A1+.
