
Mahindra Lifespace Developers Limited has announced the launch of its large-scale residential project ‘Mahindra Rainforest’ in Kanjur Marg, Mumbai, marking a significant expansion in the company’s premium urban development portfolio.
The project spans approximately 25.47 acres on LBS Marg in Kanjur and is positioned as a premium mixed-use development in Mumbai’s central suburbs.
The initial residential phase carries an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of around ₹3,000 crore, making it one of the notable launches in the region.
Designed as an integrated ecosystem, the development will combine residential, commercial, and retail spaces within a single master-planned layout.
The residential units will include 2 and 3 BHK configurations, tailored for modern urban lifestyles with a focus on design, functionality, and sustainability.
The project emphasises green spaces, community-centric planning, and climate-responsive architecture, aligning with the company’s “Homes of Positive Energy” philosophy.
Additionally, the development will feature over 3.5 lakh sq. ft. of open amenities and landscaped areas, including clubhouses, sports infrastructure, and wellness-focused spaces.
Strategically located on LBS Marg, the project offers connectivity to key infrastructure such as the Eastern Express Highway and Jogeshwari-Vikhroli Link Road (JVLR).
It will also benefit from upcoming developments like the Goregaon-Mulund Link Road (GMLR) and proximity to Metro Line 6, enhancing accessibility across Mumbai.
The surrounding area provides access to established social infrastructure, including business districts, schools, hospitals, and entertainment hubs.

As of March 19, 2026, at 12:10 PM, Mahindra Lifespace Developers share price is trading at ₹357.00 per share, reflecting a surge of 1.58% from the previous closing price.
With a ₹3,000 crore development value, Mahindra Rainforest positions Mahindra Lifespaces to capitalise on rising demand for premium, integrated housing in Mumbai’s central suburbs.
