Mahanagar Gas Record Date on February 13: Interim Dividend of ₹12

Mahanagar Gas has set February 13 as the record date for its ₹12 interim dividend, which will be paid within 30 days of declaration.

Mahanagar Gas Ltd has decided to pay an interim dividend of ₹12 within 30 days of declaration. The company had fixed February 13 as the record date for the dividend. 

Mahanagar Gas said in an exchange filing, “Declaration of Interim Dividend ofRs. 12/- per equity share having face value of Rs. 101- each for the Financial Year 2025-26 and fixed Friday, February 13, 2026, as the Record Date for the purpose of determining the entitlement of shareholders to the Interim Dividend. The Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2025-26 shall be paid to the entitled shareholders within 30 days from the date of its declaration.”

Shareholders must hold shares in a valid demat account as of the record date to be eligible for the interim dividend.

Mahanagar Gas Q3FY26 Earnings Highlights 

In Q3 FY26, the company delivered a mixed performance. Revenue from operations grew 11.6% year-on-year to ₹2,265.97 Crore, driven by healthy business momentum, while net profit declined 9.4% to ₹201.97 Crore compared to ₹223.00 Crore in the same quarter last year. Earnings per share stood at ₹20.45, and EBITDA reached ₹352.07 Crore, reflecting a margin of 17.10%. On the operational front, total gas sales volume for the nine-month period rose 8.97% to 1,252.94 Million SCM, underscoring sustained demand and strong volume growth despite the moderation in profitability.
