The Sambhajinagar supplier park is planned to strengthen localisation and logistics efficiency through closer coordination with component suppliers. It is expected to integrate with Mahindra’s existing manufacturing network.
The automotive unit is planned to feature digital manufacturing systems and automation technologies to support multiple vehicle platforms.
Mahindra has also announced plans to acquire land in the Igatpuri Nashik region. This land acquisition is intended to support expansion of product and engine capacities and advanced technology operations.
The company has indicated a total investment commitment of ₹15,000 crore over a 10 year period, with over 2,000 acres planned to be acquired across 3 locations in Maharashtra.
