Lloyds Engineering Works Share Price in Focus; Subsidiary Signs Defence Partnership with Poland's Flyfocus

Lloyds Engineering Works Ltd. informed the exchanges that its subsidiary, Lloyds Advance Defence Systems Ltd. (LADS), has entered into an agreement with FlyFocus SP. Z O.O., Poland, a company engaged in the design and development of Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS), as per the exchange filings.   

Agreement Covers Manufacturing and Supply in India 

Under the agreement, LADS will undertake the licensed manufacturing, marketing and supply of FlyFocus' unmanned aerial system products in India. The collaboration is aimed at bringing the company's UAS offerings to the Indian market.  

Companies to Jointly Develop New Products 

The agreement also includes joint research and development of new unmanned aerial system products, expanding the scope of collaboration beyond manufacturing and distribution.  

Transaction Not a Related Party Deal 

Lloyds Engineering stated that FlyFocus is not related to its promoter or promoter group and clarified that the agreement does not constitute a related-party transaction under applicable regulations.

Lloyds Engineering Works Share Price Performance 

As of July 28, 2026, at 12:43 PM, Lloyds Engineering share price was trading at ₹91.54 per share, reflecting a surge of 0.23% from the previous trading session.
