The 90th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Linde India is slated for August 13, 2026. The AGM will close the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books from August 7 to August 13, 2026, inclusive of both days.
This step is part of the procedural requirements prior to dividend distribution.
