
As per The PIB report, on April 15, 2026, Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) unveiled its new mobile applications, MyLIC and Super Sales Saathi, aimed at enhancing customer experience and digital accessibility.
The launch event in Mumbai was attended by Shri. M. Nagaraju, IAS, Secretary, Department of Financial Services, Ministry of Finance, along with LIC's senior management.
The MyLIC app is designed to provide a seamless digital experience by integrating policy servicing, claims support, payments, and documentation.
With over 260 million policies, LIC aims to streamline processes and reduce paperwork, empowering policyholders to manage their financial protection journey effectively.
Key features of the MyLIC app include the ability to view and manage insurance portfolios, pay premiums instantly, track policy benefits in real-time, and avail paperless policy loans.
Additionally, users can update and revive lapsed policies online, explore and purchase policies digitally, and complete secure e-KYC processes.
The Super Sales Saathi app is tailored for LIC's sales intermediaries, providing digital tools for marketing insights, performance tracking, and customer engagement.
It offers real-time policy status tracking, automated follow-up reminders, and integrated communication with customers.
The app also includes AI-driven nudges for customer value enhancement, digital sales kits, and product explainers for on-the-go presentations.
Performance dashboards help intermediaries monitor targets and achievements, enhancing their efficiency and confidence in serving families.
Both apps are part of LIC's DIVE (Digital Innovation & Value Enhancement) platform, which aims to deliver a seamless, secure, and fully integrated insurance experience for customers, intermediaries, and employees.
