
Lemon Tree Hotels Limited has expanded its footprint by signing 2 new properties - one in Andhra Pradesh and another in Chhattisgarh. Both hotels will be operated by its subsidiary, Carnation Hotels Private Limited.
The company has finalised agreements for Lemon Tree Resort, Bapatla, a peaceful coastal destination known for Suryalanka Beach, and Lemon Tree Hotel, Bhilai, located in India’s prominent Steel City. The Bapatla resort will offer 90 rooms along with a restaurant, bar, banquet, meeting room, swimming pool, spa and fitness centre.
The Bhilai hotel will feature 72 rooms, a restaurant, banquet and meeting room, and recreational facilities including a swimming pool and spa. Both locations enjoy good connectivity through nearby airports and railway stations, with access to public and private transport systems.
These additions strengthen the brand’s portfolio while catering to both corporate and leisure travellers seeking a vibrant, comfortable and value-led experience.
As per exchange filings, Mr Vilas Pawar, CEO – Managed & Franchise Business, Lemon Tree Hotels, commented, "With these signings, we are pleased to extend our footprint to two unique locations. From thriving commercial hubs to serene spiritual and nature-led destinations, both states offer immense potential for quality hospitality. Andhra Pradesh has six operational and three upcoming hotels, while it will be our first property in Chhattisgarh.”
The announcement aligns with the company’s position as one of India’s leading hospitality groups, operating over 120 hotels across more than 80 cities under seven distinct brands.
With a growing pipeline of 120+ properties spanning metros, tier II and III cities, and international locations such as Dubai, Bhutan, and Nepal, Lemon Tree Hotels continues to build a strong presence across diverse travel segments.

As of December 11, 2025, at 11:33 AM, Lemon Tree share price is trading at ₹160.28 per share, reflecting a decline of 0.68% from the previous closing price.
