
Lemon Tree Hotels Limited has announced the signing of a new hotel property in Rajendranagar, Hyderabad. The disclosure was made under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, through an official press release dated March 3, 2026.
The upcoming property, branded as Lemon Tree Hotel, Rajendranagar, Hyderabad, will be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited.
The hotel will feature 63 rooms along with a restaurant, banquet hall, meeting room, spa, fitness centre and swimming pool, catering to both business and leisure travellers.
Hyderabad, the capital of Telangana, continues to remain a key technology, pharmaceutical and infrastructure hub. The city attracts corporate, MICE and leisure travellers due to its expanding commercial base and connectivity.
Rajendranagar is witnessing gradual commercial development and benefits from proximity to major transit points. The hotel is located approximately 22 kilometres from Rajiv Gandhi International Airport and around 16 kilometres from Shamshabad Railway Station, offering road connectivity for domestic and interstate travellers.
The company stated that the signing aligns with its strategy of strengthening its footprint in important urban markets while also tapping emerging micro-markets within metro cities. Hyderabad remains a focus market given its sustained infrastructure growth and corporate demand.
With this addition, Lemon Tree Hotels continues to expand its managed portfolio across high-potential regions in line with evolving travel demand trends.
