Lemon Tree Hotels Limited has signed a licence agreement for a Keys Prima hotel in Akola, Maharashtra, as per a regulatory filing dated February 27, 2026. The property will be operated by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, the company’s wholly owned subsidiary.
The project forms part of the company’s ongoing additions across smaller commercial centres.

Last month, the company also signed Lemon Tree Premier in Omkareshwar, Madhya Pradesh. The proposed hotel will have 85 rooms along with dining, meeting and recreational facilities. This property will also be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited.
