Lemon Tree Hotels Share Price in Focus Post Q2 FY27 Earnings Results: Total Income Up 18.1% YoY

Lemon Tree Hotels Limited announced that its Board of Directors approved the un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results on November 5, 2026, as per the exchange filings.  

Lemon Tree Hotels Q2 FY27 Earnings Results 

The total consolidated income of the hospitality company increased 18.1% year on year to ₹363.82 crore in the September 2026 quarter, compared to ₹308.00 crore in the corresponding period of the previous year. On a quarter on quarter basis, this represents a 4.9% growth from ₹346.75 crore recorded in the June 2026 quarter.  

Net profit for the September 2026 quarter went up 90.2% year on year to ₹79.76 crore from ₹41.93 crore a year ago, and grew 39.1% sequentially from ₹57.34 crore. The group recorded basic and diluted quarterly earnings per share of ₹0.72. 

Half Yearly Financial Performance 

For the half year ended September 30, 2026, the total income went up 13.6% year on year to ₹710.57 crore from ₹625.41 crore. The net profit for the same 6 month period rose 52.3% year on year to ₹137.10 crore against ₹90.03 crore in the previous year.  

FY26 Financial Performance 

In the full fiscal year 2026, the total income stood at ₹1,452.67 crore and net profit reached ₹288.32 crore. 

Balance Sheet Asset Distribution 

Total consolidated corporate assets reached a value of ₹4,327.49 crore as of September 30, 2026. The core property, plant, and equipment footprint represented the largest block at ₹3,110.45 crore. 

Standalone corporate assets were reported separately at a total value of ₹1,803.40 crore. Non-current asset allocations on a standalone basis comprised property, plant, and equipment assets evaluated at ₹386.45 crore.

Strategic Corporate Restructuring 

The group is advancing its proposed Composite Scheme of Arrangement approved on January 9, 2026. The transaction will bifurcate the baseline hotel ownership from the brand management platform.  

During the quarter, the group secured clean regulatory clearances from both the NSE and BSE. Consequently, an application was filed before the NCLT Chandigarh Bench on October 9, 2026.
