
Lemon Tree Hotels Limited has expanded its managed portfolio with the signing of a hotel operating agreement for a new property in Tirupati, strengthening its presence in key pilgrimage and tourism destinations.
The agreement has been executed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited, for an upcoming hotel in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh.
The property will be operated under the Lemon Tree Suites brand, subject to completion of the brand licensing process.
The hotel will comprise 228 rooms and suites and will include facilities such as a restaurant, banquet space, a meeting room, a swimming pool, and a spa.
Situated in Tirupati, one of India’s prominent religious and tourism centres, the hotel is located about 10 km from Tirupati International Airport and around 6.3 km from Tirupati Railway Station. The property is accessible via both public and private transport, supporting connectivity for pilgrims and other visitors.
As per exchange filings, Vilas Pawar, CEO of managed and franchise business at Lemon Tree Hotels, said, “With this signing, we are pleased to extend our pilgrimage portfolio in a place that holds deep spiritual resonance.
Moreover, the vibrant tourism, rich cuisine, and growing hotel infrastructure make Andhra Pradesh a magnet for tourism travellers seeking unforgettable experiences. The state has six operational and three upcoming hotels.”

As of December 30, 2025, at 9:52 AM, Lemon Tree Hotels Limited share price is trading at ₹161.81 per share, reflecting a gain of 0.94% from the previous closing price. Over the past month, the stock has declined by 0.90%.
With the signing of the Tirupati hotel agreement, Lemon Tree Hotels continues to add to its managed portfolio, reinforcing its strategy of expanding across spiritually significant and high-traffic tourism locations in India.
