KP Green Engineering Shares Surges Over 4% on Securing ₹819 Crore Order from BSNL

KP Green Engineering Limited has received advance work orders worth ₹819.45 crore, including GST, from Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited for telecom infrastructure deployment under the government’s 4G Saturation Project. The information was disclosed in a stock exchange filing dated January 12, 2026.
Coverage Across Two Regional Clusters
The orders are split across 2 clusters covering multiple states. Cluster C includes Maharashtra and Goa and carries a contract value of ₹483 crore, including GST.
Cluster J covers Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, Uttarakhand and Himachal Pradesh, with an order value of ₹336 crore, also inclusive of GST.
Together, the 2 clusters account for the full contract value of ₹819.45 crore.
Scope of Infrastructure Work
The scope of work includes the supply and erection of ground-based telecom towers across the identified regions. The contract also covers the supply and installation of allied telecom infrastructure required for network operations.
KP Green Engineering will operate as an Infrastructure-as-a-Service Provider for the execution of the project.
Operations and Maintenance Responsibilities
In addition to installation work, the company will be responsible for operations and maintenance of the sites for a period of 5 years.
The maintenance period can be extended by a further 5 years, subject to the terms set out in the advance work orders and BSNL’s project requirements.
Contract Terms and Regulatory Details
The contracts have been awarded by a domestic public sector entity and do not involve any related party transactions. The promoter or promoter group of KP Green Engineering does not have any interest in BSNL, according to the disclosure. Execution timelines will follow BSNL’s approved project schedule and technical specifications.
