Knack Packaging reported consistent growth in its financial performance over the last 3 financial years. Revenue from operations increased to ₹82,343.40 lakh in FY26 from ₹73,649.00 lakh in FY25, registering a growth of 11.81%. In FY24, the company had reported revenue from operations of ₹65,455.90 lakh, reflecting a growth of 26.25% over the previous year.
The company's profitability also improved during the period. EBITDA rose to ₹17,229.40 lakh in FY26 from ₹14,433.70 lakh in FY25 and ₹10,137.40 lakh in FY24. Correspondingly, the EBITDA margin expanded to 20.42% in FY26, compared with 19.31% in FY25 and 15.38% in FY24.
Profit after tax (PAT) increased to ₹9,272.40 lakh in FY26 from ₹7,381.00 lakh in FY25 and ₹4,597.70 lakh in FY24. The PAT margin also improved steadily to 10.99% in FY26, up from 9.88% in FY25 and 6.98% in FY24.
The IPO attracted robust investor participation during the subscription period.
