Kalpataru Share Price in Focus; Q2 Pre-Sales Fall 5% to ₹1,258 Crore

Kalpataru Limited reported pre-sales of ₹1,258 crore in the second quarter of FY2026-27, down 5% from ₹1,329 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. Collections stood at ₹1,189 crore, compared with ₹1,182 crore in the July-September quarter of FY2025-26.
The company released its operational update on October 9, 2026, for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026. The figures are provisional and subject to limited review.
First-Half Performance
For the six months ended September 30, Kalpataru recorded pre-sales of ₹2,587 crore, against ₹2,577 crore in the same period last year. The difference between the two periods was ₹10 crore.
Collections for the first half increased to ₹2,554 crore from ₹2,348 crore, registering year-on-year growth of 9%. This represents an increase of ₹206 crore over the April-September period of the previous financial year.
New Residential Project in Mumbai
Kalpataru launched its Kalpataru Elaara residential project in Goregaon West, Mumbai, during the second quarter. The development offers two-, three- and four-bedroom residences.
The project is located on MG Road, off Link Road, a few minutes from Bangur Nagar Metro Station. According to the company, educational institutions, entertainment facilities, and healthcare infrastructure are also located nearby. The project has more than 25 lifestyle amenities.
The operational update did not include the number of units sold at Kalpataru Elaara or the value of bookings received since its launch. It also did not provide a separate sales contribution for the project.
Operational Update
Kalpataru's quarterly figures show lower pre-sales than a year earlier, while collections were slightly higher. For the first half, pre-sales remained close to the previous year's level, and collections recorded a 9% increase.
