
Kalpataru Projects International Limited (KPIL), along with its international subsidiaries, has secured new orders and notifications worth approximately ₹2,957 crore.
The latest order wins span multiple business segments, covering projects in India as well as international markets, further expanding the company's execution pipeline.
The newly secured contracts include orders in the Power Transmission & Distribution (T&D) business across India and overseas markets.
KPIL has also received orders in its Buildings & Factories (B&F) business in India.
Additionally, the company has secured an order in the Water business in the Middle East through a joint venture/consortium, marking its entry into the region's water infrastructure sector.
Commenting on the development, Manish Mohnot, Managing Director & CEO, Kalpataru Projects International Limited, said the company has secured new orders across its T&D, Buildings & Factories and Water business verticals.
He added that the T&D orders reinforce KPIL's market leadership in India and selected global markets, while the Buildings & Factories orders from marquee clients reflect the company's focus on "best-in-class capabilities and timely execution."
Mohnot further said the water project represents KPIL's strategic entry into the Middle East, a region with significant growth potential. He added that the company's diversified order book and business visibility support its growth targets for FY2026-27.
For the year ended 31 March 2026, KPIL reported consolidated revenue of ₹27,143 crore ($2.9 billion), net profit of ₹1,031 crore ($109 million) and an order book of ₹65,457 crore ($6.9 billion).
The company operates across power transmission & distribution, buildings & factories, water supply & treatment, railways, oil & gas infrastructure, urban mobility, highways and airports.
It is currently executing projects in more than 25 countries and has a presence in over 75 countries across Asia, Africa, the Middle East, the Americas and Europe.

As of 29 June 2026, at 12:02 PM, Kalpataru Projects International Limited share price was trading at ₹1,354 per share, reflecting a surge of 0.59% from the previous trading session.
The latest order expands KPIL's project portfolio across key infrastructure segments while adding its first water business project in the Middle East.
