Jyoti CNC Automation Limited has announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Huron Graffenstaden SAS, is under investigation by French authorities.
This development follows allegations concerning export controls and documentation related to dual-use machinery.

While the company is yet to fully ascertain the potential monetary impact, the seizure of assets and the involvement of certain employees in the investigation may temporarily affect the group's operations.
However, Jyoti CNC Automation Limited, which contributes over 85% of the group's revenue on a standalone basis, does not foresee any immediate adverse impact on its business and operations.
As of April 13, 2026, at 12:00 PM, Jyoti CNC Automation share price on NSE was trading at ₹704.00 down by 14.06% from the previous closing price.
