Juniper Green Energy Share Price Surges Over 3%; Fully Commissions 75 MW Wind-Solar Hybrid Project for Tata Power

Juniper Green Energy has completed its 75 MW wind-solar hybrid power project through wholly owned subsidiary Juniper Green Beam Eight Private Limited. The project reached full commissioning after its 25 MW solar component was commissioned on September 17, 2026.  

The project is being operated under a Power Purchase Agreement with Tata Power. The latest commissioning completes the entire capacity of the project.  

25 MW Solar Component Commissioned 

The 25 MW solar capacity was commissioned at the project site on September 17, 2026, completing the 75 MW hybrid project. The latest update follows Juniper Green Energy’s earlier intimation dated August 12, 2026.  

With the project now fully commissioned, Juniper Green Energy and its subsidiaries have an aggregate operational capacity of approximately 2,725 MWp.  

Operational BESS Capacity at 500 MWh 

Alongside its generation portfolio, the company has approximately 500 MWh of operational battery energy storage system (BESS) capacity as of September 17, 2026.  

The commissioning therefore adds the completed hybrid project to the company’s operational portfolio while taking its aggregate capacity to around 2,725 MWp.

Juniper Green Energy Share Price Performance  

As of 18 September 2026, at 11:42 AM, Juniper Green Energy Limited share price was trading at ₹265.55 per share, reflecting a surge of 3.25% from the previous trading session. 

Conclusion 

Juniper Green Energy has brought its 75 MW wind-solar hybrid project for Tata Power into full operation with the commissioning of its final 25 MW solar component. Its aggregate operational capacity now stands at approximately 2,725 MWp, alongside 500 MWh of BESS capacity.
