
JSW Infrastructure Limited, India's second-largest private commercial port operator, announced its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The company reported growth in revenue, cargo volumes, and operating EBITDA, supported by strong performance across its ports and logistics businesses.
The company reported revenue from operations of ₹1,445 crore, up 18% year-on-year (YoY) from ₹1,224 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.
Operating EBITDA increased 16% YoY to ₹674 crore, compared to ₹581 crore in Q1 FY26.
Profit Before Tax (PBT) stood at ₹463 crore, while Profit After Tax (PAT) came in at ₹358 crore. The decline in profit compared to last year was mainly due to lower other income and a higher effective tax rate.
JSW Infrastructure handled 31 million tonnes of cargo during the quarter, reflecting 6% YoY growth.
