Jio Financial Services Launches JioFinance360, JioFinance+ and Cross-Border Payment Services

Jio Financial Services has introduced JioFinance360, a personal finance service that combines information on a user’s assets and liabilities in one report.
As per a CNBC TV18 news report, the service was announced at the Global Fintech Fest 2026. It has been introduced on the JioFinance app by Jio Finance Platform and Service Limited, a subsidiary of Jio Financial Services.
Initial User Access
JioFinance360 is currently available to a closed user group. The company expects to make it available to all users in the coming days. The service collects financial information from multiple sources and presents it in a personalised financial report.
Financial Health Score
JioFinance360 uses large language models to summarise the information. A rule-based engine is used to generate financial insights from the data.
The service also gives users a Financial Health Score based on five areas: spending, borrowing, wealth, protection and insurance, and tax. Jio Financial Services said users will be able to access JioFinance360 without paying a fee.
JioFinance+ Membership
The company has also introduced JioFinance+, a membership programme linked to eligible financial products available on the JioFinance marketplace.
The programme is currently available to a closed user group and is expected to be opened to more users in the coming days.
365-Day Fee Waiver
Under the introductory offer, JioFinance+ will have no membership fee for the first 365 days. Eligible users can receive cash valueback of up to ₹5,000 on personal loans and up to ₹1,000 on credit cards.
The programme will also provide additional JioGold and JioPoints, subject to applicable terms.
Payments for Exporters
Jio Payment Solutions Limited has launched cross-border payment services for Indian exporters. The service is being offered in partnership with Citi for Authorised Dealer Category-1 and export collection account services.
The cross-border payment service covers the US, UK, Europe, UAE, Singapore, Malaysia and Australia. Jio Payment Solutions has received RBI authorisation to operate as a Payment Aggregator for Cross-Border transactions.
RuPay Tap & Pay
Jio Payment Solutions also announced plans to introduce RuPay Tap & Pay on the JioFinance app. The facility will allow contactless payments through NFC-enabled smartphones. It will initially support RuPay cards issued by SBI Card.
UPI and Merchant Services
Jio Payment Solutions has partnered with HDFC Bank and NPCI to roll out POS terminals supporting NFC-based contactless UPI payments.
The terminals are already available across Reliance Retail stores. Jio Financial Services also showcased a conversational merchant-onboarding facility, including a “Deal Negotiator” feature for rate negotiations with human support.
Jio Financial Services Share Price Performance
As of September 11, 2026, at 3:30 pm, Jio Financial Services share price closed at ₹230.30, up 0.022% from the previous closing price.
