IRB Infrastructure Share Price in Focus; Board to Consider Bonus Share Issue on February 13, 2026

IRB Infrastructure Developers has informed exchanges that its board will meet on 13 February 2026, to consider a proposal for issuing bonus equity shares.
The same meeting will also take up the company’s financial results and a possible interim dividend for the current financial year.
Financial Results and Dividend Proposal
The board is scheduled to review the consolidated and standalone unaudited financial results for the quarter and 9 months ended December 31, 2025. It will also consider declaring a third interim dividend for FY2025–26, if approved during the meeting.
The company said the bonus share proposal would require approval from shareholders as well as the necessary regulatory clearances before implementation.
Record Date and Trading Window
IRB has set February 19, 2026 as the record date to determine the shareholders eligible for the interim dividend, if it is declared by the board.
The company also noted that the trading window for its securities is currently closed and will reopen 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results for the period ended 31 December 2025.
Operations and Scale
IRB Infrastructure Developers operates in the roads and highways sector. Over more than 25 years, the company has been involved in the construction, tolling, operation, and maintenance of about 19,000 lane kilometres across India.
