
Insolation Energy share price gained over 5% on Friday after the company announced strong provisional sales numbers for the nine months ended December 31, 2025. The sales figure was higher than the company’s total revenue for the whole of the previous financial year.
During the day, the stock touched an intraday high of ₹144.80, its biggest single-day rise since December 10. Later, it traded around ₹142.6, up 3.5%, while the Nifty 50 was up just 0.6%. The company currently has a market capitalisation of around ₹3,152 crore.
Insolation Energy reported consolidated provisional sales of ₹1,346.81 crore for the 9 months ended December 31, 2025. This is higher than its total sales of ₹1,333.75 crore recorded in the entire previous financial year.
The company also reported its highest-ever monthly sales of ₹354.59 crore in December 2025, marking a record performance.
The management said the strong performance was driven by effective execution of business strategies and supportive market conditions. The company added that it remains confident about maintaining this growth momentum in the coming quarters with continued support from stakeholders.
In December, Insolation Energy’s wholly owned subsidiary, Insolation Green Energy, secured purchase orders worth ₹516.05 crore for supplying solar PV modules. Earlier in October, the subsidiary also received a turnkey solar project order worth ₹232.36 crore.
