Insolation Green Energy Private Limited, the wholly owned subsidiary of Insolation Energy, has reported new purchase orders worth ₹516.05 crore, inclusive of GST.
The company notified the stock exchange on December 02, 2025. All orders have been placed by domestic firms and relate solely to the supply of solar photovoltaic modules.
A major share of the value of ₹357 crore comes from an order placed by a well-known independent power producer. This contract covers N-Type Topcon solar modules, which are widely used in utility-scale solar projects.
The remaining ₹159.05 crore includes several orders from companies executing projects under the PM-KUSUM scheme in Andhra Pradesh. These modules will be supplied to multiple project sites across the state.
The company has stated that the execution period for the orders spans FY 2025-27. Revenue from the supplies will be recognised over this period as deliveries are completed.
The combined value of ₹516.05 crore is inclusive of GST and reflects the total consideration expected from both sets of orders.
The filing notes that these are standard supply contracts and do not include additional services or conditions beyond the commercial terms.
None of the orders fall under related-party transactions, and the promoter group has no interest in the companies awarding them.
All entities awarding the contracts are domestic, and the orders are restricted to module supply without any international component.

With these contracts, Insolation Energy adds a sizeable volume of module supplies to its pipeline for the next two years. The orders are spread across utility-scale projects and scheme-linked installations, showing demand from different parts of the domestic solar sector.
