Infosys Share Price Jumps Over 2%; Madison Square Garden Family Renew and Expand Strategic Digital Partnership

Infosys has renewed and expanded its digital partnership with the Madison Square Garden Family of Companies, the companies announced on February 2, 2026.
The updated agreement keeps Infosys associated with several MSG-owned properties across sports, entertainment, and media. As per the exchange filings, the partnership applies to Madison Square Garden, MSG Networks, and related venues and teams.
Theatre Renaming
Under the revised terms, the Theatre at Madison Square Garden has been renamed the Infosys Theater at Madison Square Garden. The venue has a seating capacity of about 5,600 and has been operating for close to 60 years.
It is used for concerts, televised events, sporting programmes, product launches, and stage productions throughout the year.
Sports Teams Included
The renewed partnership continues to cover the New York Knicks and the New York Rangers. Infosys remains linked to digital systems used during home games played at Madison Square Garden.
The agreement also extends to MSG Networks, which operates regional sports and entertainment television channels and streaming services.
On-Site Branding
Infosys will have branding across several areas within the Madison Square Garden complex. This includes the renamed theatre, a branded suite level on the ninth floor, and signage across 18 suites.
Additional placements will appear on in-arena displays, GardenVision screens during games, wayfinding signage, and static locations inside Penn Station and along Eighth Avenue.
Technology Use
Digital tools deployed under the partnership will continue to use Infosys Topaz. Past initiatives at MSG have included fan-facing digital features and personalised digital artwork created for attendees at selected events. These tools remain part of the ongoing arrangement under the renewed agreement.
