Infosys Ltd has announced a multi-year collaboration with Incora to work on supply chain operations using artificial intelligence tools, as per an exchange filing dated March 10, 2026.
Incora provides supply chain services to companies in the aerospace and defence industry and operates in more than 60 countries. The arrangement focuses on introducing technology tools into Incora’s existing supply chain systems.
The collaboration will involve the use of Infosys Topaz, a set of services and platforms based on generative AI technologies. The initiative will also use the EdgeVerve AI Next platform developed by Infosys.
These platforms are to work with Incora’s existing enterprise systems that manage supply chain operations. The systems currently operate across multiple enterprise resource planning environments.
The technology will be applied to support data handling and operational monitoring within these systems.
Infosys will lead the design and deployment of a platform intended to connect data and operational processes across Incora’s systems. The companies said the system will be implemented in a manner that does not interfere with ongoing business operations.
Large supply chain environments often rely on different systems for procurement, logistics, and inventory management. These systems may operate separately, particularly in organisations with global operations.
Supply chains in the aerospace and defence sector involve a wide network of suppliers, manufacturers, and service providers. Operations usually span multiple countries and require coordination between production schedules, inventory levels, and delivery timelines.
Companies in the sector have increasingly begun introducing digital systems to manage these complex operational requirements and improve visibility across supply chain activities.
